agentic-insurance.ai is operated by Agentic Holdings LLC d/b/a Agentic Insurance AI, a New York limited liability company. Throughout this policy, "we" or "us" refers to Agentic Holdings LLC. We are a consulting practice, not an insurance producer or brokerage, and we do not collect insurance application data on this site.
When you submit a form on this site (contact, speaking inquiry, insights subscription, CAIC waitlist, or the AI readiness assessment), we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that may include your name, email address, company or agency name, role, and the message or answers you provide.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider (Netlify) logs standard request metadata including IP address, user agent, and timestamps for operational and security purposes.
We also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a piece of code from LinkedIn that sets cookies in your browser. It enables conversion tracking (understanding whether our LinkedIn marketing leads to inquiries), aggregate website demographics (job titles and industries of visitors, never individual identities), and retargeting (showing our ads on LinkedIn to people who previously visited this site). Data collected through the Insight Tag is processed under LinkedIn's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of LinkedIn ads personalization at any time via your LinkedIn ad settings, or block the tag entirely with standard browser cookie controls. Beyond this, we do not use behavioral analytics platforms or other cross-site tracking pixels.
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, send the confirmation or content you requested, and follow up on the conversation you started. We will not use it for unrelated marketing or sell it to third parties. The only advertising-related data sharing we do is the aggregate, cookie-based LinkedIn Insight Tag described in Section 2.
Each provider acts under its own contractual data-protection obligations. We disclose information when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Agentic Holdings LLC or the public.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, request deletion, or object to certain processing. Email jay@agentic-insurance.ai and we will respond within 30 days.
Form submissions are retained as long as the conversation or business relationship they relate to remains active, then deleted on periodic review. Netlify request logs rotate on Netlify's standard schedule.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
