The model

You bring the content. We build the academy.

Most insurance organizations already own what makes their people good at the job: procedures, onboarding decks, recorded trainings. What is missing is the time and the machinery to turn it into training people finish. That part is ours. Your subject-matter expert stays the authority on what is correct.

Who it's for

The split

What you supply. What we deliver.

You own the knowledge and the final word on accuracy. We own everything between your material and a finished academy.

You supply

  • Your material: SOPs, documents, slide decks, recorded trainings, or finished videos
  • A named subject-matter expert who approves every module and exam before launch, and owns accuracy
  • The rights to that material, with a license for us to adapt it, including any likeness or voice used in video
  • If one of your people appears on screen: a short recording of them and their written consent
  • A platform license in your name, paid directly, so the academy and the learner data are yours
  • Someone on your team to answer everyday learner questions (log-ins, deadlines) during business hours

We deliver

  • Course structure and a clear learning path
  • Lessons and scripts built from your material
  • Short narrated lesson videos made from your material in our in-house studio pipeline
  • Knowledge checks and a final exam, with a second version for retakes
  • Your branded academy, with sign-in connected to your website or intranet
  • Certificates with a public link anyone can check (on Academy Care), plus completion reporting

How much of the right-hand column we build depends on the shape your material is in. That is what the tiers are for.

Three tiers

Set by how ready your material is.

The tier is set at a 30-minute content review of your material, before we quote anything. Each tier prices one course: a learning path of up to 6 modules, about 90 minutes of finished video, knowledge checks, and one final exam with a second version for retakes. More courses are quoted at the review. The more finished your content, the less we build.

Tier 1

Ready

You bring videos you would show a new hire as-is, or finished documents, plus your own quiz questions. We build the academy around them: course structure, exam setup, certificates, and sign-in.

Tier 2

Raw

You bring SOPs, decks, and recorded trainings that need reworking into lessons. No quiz questions needed. We do everything in Ready, then turn your material into lessons, scripts, short narrated videos, and exam questions. Your expert approves each piece.

Tier 3

From scratch

You bring the expert, not the material. We research and write the course with that expert, then build it the same way. Your expert still signs off on every module and the exam.

Fees are quoted by tier after the content review. For the ranges, ask for the offer sheet. Request the offer sheet

Two ways to work

We run it, or you do.

Either way, the academy and the learner data stay yours.

We run it for you

We handle

The build, then, on our monthly Academy Care plan: enrollment admin, certificate issuance with online verification, minor fixes, and a completion report every month.

You handle

Everyday learner questions (log-ins, deadlines) during business hours, and your expert's sign-off whenever the content changes.

Best for

Organizations without a training administrator, or leaders who want trained people, not another system to learn.

We build it, you run it

We handle

The build, then a walkthrough for the person on your team who will run the academy day to day.

You handle

Day-to-day operation: enrollments, learner questions, and reporting. Your platform issues standard certificates; online verification runs on Academy Care.

Best for

Organizations with someone who already owns training, or an in-house learning team.

Academy Care is available on any tier, so handing it over never means you are on your own.

How it works

Four steps. Your expert has the final say.

Nothing goes live until the person who knows the work says it is right.

  1. 1

    Content review

Send two or three samples ahead: an SOP, a deck, a recording link. In thirty minutes we set the tier and next steps, then send a written quote with scope and timeline. A signed scope and a deposit start the build.

  2. 2

    Build

We structure the course, build the lessons, produce the video, write the knowledge checks and final exam, and set up your academy.

  3. 3

    Expert sign-off

Your named subject-matter expert approves every module and the exam before launch.

  4. 4

    Launch and care

Your people sign in and start. We run it from there, or hand it to your team, with Academy Care available either way.

Proof

We already run one.

Custom academies come from the same operation that built and runs the Certified AI Insurance Credential (CAIC), our credential for insurance professionals: the curriculum, the academy, the proctored credential exam, and credentials anyone can verify online.

  • Same team, same in-house studio pipeline, same build standards
  • Your content and your brand only. CAIC material stays in CAIC.
  • Certificates anyone can check online, as with every CAIC credential, issued on Academy Care

For agencies

Team AI Academy.

For agencies and agency groups that want everyone using AI safely and the same way, including the agencies you bring in later. CAIC sets the baseline. Your agency layer makes it yours. It is a separate package from the three tiers.

Credential seats

CAIC seats for your team at volume pricing. Each seat is one named person enrolled in the credential's course and exam.

Your agency layer

Three short custom modules (up to 15 minutes each) on your own AI policy, your approved tools, and your procedures, delivered into your existing learning platform. No platform yet? Hosting for the layer is quoted separately.

Optional workshop

A half-day, hands-on session with your team, putting the policy and the tools to work on your own workflows.

Seat pricing is by quote and depends on team size.

Questions

Before you book.

Who owns the content and the learner data?

You do. You keep the rights to your material and license us to adapt it for the build. Lessons, scripts and exam questions we make for you are yours at final payment. The academy runs on a platform license in your name, so learner records and completion data are yours, during the engagement and after it.

What platform does it run on, and who pays for it?

A commercial learning platform we know well, because our own credential runs on it. You hold the license and pay the provider directly, and you see the cost before you commit. We take no referral fee or commission on your license. If you already run a learning platform, raise it at the content review.

How long does a build take?

Every quote includes a target launch date. Finished material moves fastest and From scratch takes longest. Your expert's review turnaround is the biggest schedule driver.

Do you write the content?

Yes, in the From scratch tier, working with your expert. In the Ready and Raw tiers your material is the source: we structure it, convert it, and produce it, and we do not add subject matter of our own. Your expert approves every module and exam either way.

Can the academy carry CE credit?

For associations offering continuing education, we work alongside your approved CE provider of record. We never claim approvals we do not hold. If credit matters, raise it at the content review. CE work is scoped and quoted separately.

What do we need to start?

A 30-minute content review. Send two or three samples ahead (an SOP, a deck, a recording link) and the name of your subject-matter expert. We set the tier and send a written quote. Work begins with a signed scope and a deposit.

Start with a content review.

Send a sample of your material. In thirty minutes you will know which tier it fits. The written quote follows, and the offer sheet is yours for the asking.
